Make the Fab(tiny) ISP in-circuit programmer form a pre-made design using Fab Modules and the Roland SRM-20.Solder the conponents and program the board.
First,We used a grayscale PNG image that has been designed, and used Fab Moduls to generate a CNC path in http://fabmodules.org/.This file was split into two parts, one part named trace, another one named cut.Input the PNG named trace,we selected the Roland mill on the output format, and selected the PCB trace(1/64) on the process. Then set some parameters for CNC.
There was something wrong that the thickness of the lines were less than the cutter diameter,so it wouldn'd be milled,we should give it more thickness by use another software such as PS.Then you will get a perfect file.
Incomplete documents
Then we save it and input the Roland SRM-20.Roland SRM-20 is smaller than Roland MDX-40,but they are similar in useing. One thing to note is the tool, When the Z axis drops to 5mm, loosen the tool and adjust it contacting the material again.
Milling tool
When I set the cut depth 0.2mm,the tool was broken. It's better to set the cut depth 0.1mm.Broken tool
Then it can be cut well. We should clern the board, and then soldering.Programming measure please click here.
